玻璃钢标志桩铺设施工要求
一、是在开工前编制施工组织设计及施工方案，施工进度计划，材料设备、成品、半成品等进场计划送监理审批后再交至业主，并在进场后抓紧做好项目划分单位工程、单元工程、工序工程。

二、是开工前要先进行场地清理，包括开挖区的杂草、垃圾、不可利用的表土及其障碍物。应对测量控制点及放线位置进行校核，开挖边线应有足够数量的玻璃钢标志桩，并要注意防止移位、损坏。施工方需邀请村委和群众代表一同参与放线工作，避免发生不必要的矛盾，保证工程开工顺利进行。

三、是开挖和回填土方面：开挖基础的深度和宽度要符合按设计要求，如有异常现象应及时向监理、业主汇报，待做出处理决定后再继续施工。回填土要按照要求进行回填，否则一律不予验收。

四、是隐蔽工程必须经监理及现场代表到现场核实、验收签证并拍照后，方可进行下一道工序。施工方必须将工程签证资料在相应工程结束后5天内完成并提交给业主。

五、是砌体伸缩缝、沉降缝的要求：按设计部门提出的要求，砌体伸缩缝、沉降缝必须按设计要求预留，缝内充填材料需按设计要求使用沥青水泥砂浆，如未按设计要求完成的，一律要完善后才能验收。
5. 六 、是PE管材必须按照设计要求采购，所采购后PE管材的品牌、承载压力等规格参数必须与招投标文件一致。水泵、管材等设备材料到货后要及时通知监理和业主代表到现场抽样送技术监督局检测。使用前必须进行试运行实验并作好记录。

七 、是施工方要确保做到施工过程资料与施工进度同步，保证过程资料的完整性和准确性。如施工过程资料不能与施工进度同步，发包人有权拒付工程进度款或结算款。
